Here's my take on Rippal and Rikku's fabulousness.                                  Gippal and Rikku as Syaoran and Sakura from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles on top (I went with the very first few minutes, since Sakura's desert dress is almost impossible to find), and then as Link and Princess Zelda from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (and yes, that particular game, otherwise Zelda doesn't have a sword, she just needs saving, and Rikku would be a crappy Damsel In Distress) on the bottom. 2 comments|post comment

Does anyone have a good source for the rank/insignia on the uniform? I read that Arakawa was using the insignia and ranks of the Imperial Japanese Army (that's from pre-WWII), but that was third-hand information and I haven't found another source (interview, etc.) that confirms that, either.
